From the moment we arrived the laughter was in the air as the girls got ready in the cottage on site at Colville Hall. Charlotte was excited to show everyone her gorgeous dress and once the hair and make-up was complete, I headed to the the guys, who were also getting ready just a stones throw away. Both Charlotte & Michael were full of happy smiles and nervous laughter, which made for some beautiful natural photographs of them both!
The couple got married in the main barn, which was stunning and full to the brim with their family and friends! A short ceremony later they were married and everyone spilled out into the beautiful gardens at Colville Hall. The drinks reception had a lovely buzz to it as everyone gathered around the happy couple to congratulate them on their marriage and to grab selfies with this gorgeous pair!
After everyone had said hello, I took Charlotte & Michael away for some quiet time around the grounds for their photo’s – you can see why Charlotte & Michael chose Colville Hall and whilst the didn’t come out we still got some beautiful portraits of them together.
Speeches followed the meal, with the perfect mix of humor and emotion, and before the first dance, I whisked the happy couple away for another 10 minutes in the evening to get some night shots.
After the first dance, we left the couple partying hard with their guests! I loved Charlotte & Michael’s day – a completely amazing day for everyone involved and a true celebration of what we’re sure will be a beautiful marriage.
